Through the prestigious annual ORMA International Speech Competition, community advocacy and charitable initiatives, ORMA provides a world-stage platform where young minds deliberate on pressing social challenges—ranging from drug abuse awareness to digital age resilience—instilling values of empathy, social justice, and cultural pride.

Our Objectives
Inspire members to use their time, talents, knowledge, experience, and
resources to give back to the community through charitable, humanitarian,
educational, and community-service initiatives.
Promote compassion, mutual respect, ethical values, social responsibility,
and the philanthropic family traditions of the Malayalee community, while
helping pass these values on to future generations.
Empower children and youth through leadership development, public speaking
and communication training, mentoring, education, and opportunities that
build confidence, creativity, character, and social responsibility.
Identify, encourage, and nurture individual talents by providing training,
mentorship, and meaningful platforms for people, especially the younger
generation, to learn, grow, and excel.
Build a strong international network of Malayalee families, friends,
professionals, and organizations that promotes friendship, collaboration,
cultural connection, and mutual support across countries and generations.
Celebrate and pass on the cultural and humanitarian values of the Malayalee
community while fostering modern education, innovation, and global
